I work with families experiencing communication breakdown, emotional distance, parental strain, sibling tension, or adult estrangement. Family therapy provides a structured space for each voice to be heard safely and respectfully.

Individual Counselling

I provide specialist autism-informed counselling for children (aged 3+), adolescents and adults with either a formal diagnosis or suspected autism.

My therapeutic approach is adapted specifically for autistic cognition, sensory processing and emotional regulation patterns.

Supervision for Counsellors & Psychotherapists

I offer specialist supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists working with clients experiencing parental estrangement, particularly where autism or neurodiversity is a contributing factor.

Supervision provides a reflective and ethically grounded space to explore complex relational dynamics, safeguarding concerns, countertransference, diagnostic uncertainty and systemic influences.

Seeking support is an important step, and I believe fee information should be transparent and straightforward.

Autism assessments involve a careful and structured exploration of developmental history, sensory experiences and personal narrative, providing clarity and guidance for next steps where appropriate.
